We begin with a 20-minute phone conversation to learn about your requirements, interests, preferences, budget, and travel goals. We will suggest ideas for your itinerary and give you a chance to experience our bespoke services before deciding to move forward.

Using the information you provide, we will create a unique itinerary for your group, including accommodations, transportation, tours/activities, and total cost. This initial itinerary will include two accommodation options with photos, allowing you to tailor your choices. Please note that availability is not guaranteed until a deposit is paid to reserve your accommodations.

After reviewing the initial itinerary and quote, you’ll have the opportunity for two complimentary adjustments based on your feedback. If further changes or specific discussions, a small deposit will be required, which will be applied to your final package cost.

Once you're happy with the itinerary and quote, arrange payment via bank transfer, the WISE platform, or debit/credit cards through OnePay. Payment is necessary to secure your accommodations and rates. While most clients opt for full upfront payment, we can arrange split payments if needed.

After booking, you will receive additional support to ensure a smooth trip. This includes assistance with domestic flight research, visa application, travel card recommendations, and addressing any travel-related questions. Our clients particularly appreciate the final pre-trip phone call, where we help you confirm that all details are in order and ready for departure.
