FULL ITINERARY
Meet your local guide at your hotel at around 8:30am.
Cycle to the heart of Hoi An for a visit to a vibrant food market. Engage with local vendors, gaining insights into the fresh ingredients that will be featured in your upcoming cooking session later in the day. Capture beautiful photos of the vibrant market scenes.
Continue the bike ride to Tra Que village. Enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival. Stroll through the lush vegetable gardens, where local farmers employ age-old cultivation methods passed down through generations.
Subsequently, engage in a hands-on cooking lesson with a skilled chef. Learn the traditional techniques of preparing and cooking Vietnamese cuisine. You will learn to make: Banh Xeo (Vietnamese pancakes), Hoi An spring rolls, Papaya shrimp salad, Quang Noodle. Relish the fruits of your culinary efforts!
Bid farewell to the host before cycling back to Hoi An and returning to your hotel around 2pm.
